Buckingham Senior Apartments Commence Construction

Buckingham Senior Apartments commence construction on June 28, 2011. Buckingham Senior Apartments is a 70 unit affordable senior housing project. Primus Building Solutions and Meta Housing Corporation collaborated with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA) to resurrect this previously abandoned project. Primus joined the team early as Development Managers and worked closely with the CRA/LA and Los Angeles City to find solutions for outstanding issues that stood in the way of the project’s completion. Primus played a key role in establishing the remaining scope of work and coordinating with the Design Team and General Contractor. Our efforts will continue as Construction Managers during the course of construction. The anticipated completion date is Spring 2012.
