- Identify Professional Consulting services and develop RFPs that include Sustainable Building qualifications
- Identify key places within the plan to measure green building benchmarks of the project throughout the building process
- Develop Sustainable Building goals and perform feasibility analyses as design progresses
- Analyze design goals, construction challenges, and green process obstacles
- Integrate peer review and constructability review, particularly as it relates to sustainable design and construction throughout the design process
- Provide on-the-spot cost estimates throughout the design process to enable integrated and sustainable design at the lowest possible cost
- Provide presentations to Board members and community related to Sustainable Building progress, construction costs, schedule, etc.
- Sustainable Building documentation and application preparation for design review
