The existing electrical distribution system will be redesigned to provide voltage and distribution for the current phase and future phases.  During the Master Planning Process Primus completed a Facility Needs Analysis of all five building on campus and  worked diligently on the parish’s behalf to secure the conditional use permit for the master plan from the City of West Covina. Primus served as project manager during the project’s construction phases for Phase One.
