Anchor Place is the fifth phase of campus development at Century Villages at Cabrillo’s (CVC). The development features 120 units, comprised of 75 units for homeless veterans, 44 permanent supportive housing units, and one manager’s unit. Located along the southern edge of Villages at Cabrillo campus, Anchor Place will bring many new amenities including vegetable gardens, a bike center, a gym, supportive services offices, and a large community room.
