Primus was selected as development manager to assist the Sacred Heart Parish with the purchase of 4 acres of property adjacent to their existing campus from the City of Lancaster.  Primus successfully worked with the City of Lancaster on behalf of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and Parish to create the Disposition and Development Agreement for the land purchase.  The first task of the Master Plan will be the construction of a new church.  This will be accomplished over two phases.  The first phase will include the abandonment of streets, alleys and underground infrastructure to create a temporary parking lot and the subsequent phase which will include the construction of the new church.  Currently Primus is managing the completion of the master plan and the tentative parcel map.  Their duties have included interviewing and hiring a master plan architect, establishing the master plan budget and schedule, and providing accurate cash flows predicting the sources and uses of funds for the first phase of the master plan.
