New construction of a 4 story building with 46 units, 1 community room, parking garage over sub-subterranean parking including guest parking.  Located on a long stretch of under-utilized commercial street frontage, this 46-unit building is part of a revitalization effort for this area of the city. Primus joined the team early in the design phase and played a key role in the design, entitlement and permit process as development managers on behalf of Ownership.  Our efforts continued as construction managers during the course of construction.  Through thoughtful, expeditious review and negotiations of change order requests the project was complete two months ahead of contract schedule and with less than 2% in change orders to the contract.
